- The main means of removing Radiation is RadAway, which will take off 300. More with the Medic Perk, which takes off -400, -600, -800 and then 100% of Radiation per use. Visiting a Doctor, you can also remove Rads.
- After you settle Starlight Drive In in Fallout 4 you will find there is a pond that outputs gobs of radiation. Insane radiation amounts do not really make for a good settlement. The video above shows how you can remove the radiation from the water in the Starlight Drive In pond.
- If you wanna get rid of them, you’ll have to cure them, so here’s a quick guide on how to cure radiation in Fallout 4. The easiest way, but probably the most inefficient, is to use RadAway. This elixir can be found all over the place in the wasteland, or you can craft it at a chemistry station.
- PSA: You can remove the radiation from Starlight Drive In by scrapping the radiated barrels in the center. I've noticed a few people mention not using Starlight Drive In due to the radiation so I figured I would give this a try and it worked!

Background
The following section is transcluded from RadAway. To modify, please edit the source page.
One of the marvels of pre-War medical science, RadAway is a biomedical solution designed to bond with radioactive particles and remove them from the user's system.[1] It effectively purges the body of radiation, but has nasty side effects, including nausea, diarrhea, stomach pains, and headaches.[2][3][4] It has to be applied intravenously to work, making it a scary prospect for those afraid of needles.[5][6]
Characteristics
A half-strength RadAway, made by combining a regular one with purified water. Useful for making low-grade radiation medicine.
